Unter den Linden

Lined with linden trees, Unter den Linden is one of the great baroque style boulevards of the world. It was built in 1847 by Fredrich Wilhelm I to connect the palace to his hunting grounds at Tiergarten Park. It terminates at the Brandenburg Gate.
